Had Juan walk me through setting up my insurance and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. A credit to the wiggle team! Only just set the insurance up so not had to claim and hope I never do, but will update if needed.

When my bikes were stolen from the garage, Wiggle Cycle Insurance were very sympathetic and helpful, and settled my claim unbelievably fast. I now have replacement bikes, and am totally confident insuring them with Wiggle again. They really turned an awful situation around.

A fair and open Insurer. Easy to work with and talk to. From the outset, Wiggle has been professional. Fair and acted in accordance with how you (as a customer) woudl want an insurer to act. They answer phones.

I’d like to say that my experience with Wiggle was excellent. I had a bump on my bike and wasn’t sure the repair would be covered but it was really easy to enquire and Walden (the representative I dealt with) was very professional and friendly, and made the whole process so easy.

They keep me informed in regards to my insurance premiums, claims and they respond very quickly! The team are professional but treat me as a family member! I know there are cheaper insurers for my bikes but I’ve been with for over 5 years and counting!

I had an insurance policy and was told across the board that I may not get the money back, despite the fact my bike was stolen by professionals. Wiggle handled my case with huge amounts of empathy and kindness. They were friendly and lovely the whole way through.
