You have contacted us immediately after purchasing your policy with all the details of the other policy including a link to the policy on the website and the exact price being quoted.
The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and still available when we check.
The competitor’s policy is identical to Wiggle cycle insurance.
The other policy is subject to the same terms and conditions you have with us. This means:
it has the same policy benefits, limits and exclusions
it has identical cancellation and excess conditions
The competitor’s price cannot include any personal, membership, bulk buying, renewal or promotional discounts.
Our price promise is valid up until 3 days after purchase.
