Wiggle cycle insurance is provided on the basis that you use a Sold Secure rated lock to secure your bicycle. Below are our lock requirements based on the value of your bicycle.

Buy the correct approved lock for the value of your bike

The price: you get what you pay for. A cheap lock offers little resistance to a thief

D locks: the most durable and secure of any lock

Chain locks: robust and heavy but needs a strong padlock

Cable and combination locks can be cut easily

Make sure your bike lock is weather proof. A rusty lock can weaken the lock
